Clearly the 850's all mohagany body is very warm and balanced, if not slightly muted in the highs, but I perfer the 820's presence, brightness and crisp sound. Two excellent solid body guitars!
Mahogany guitars are usually my favorite, but both of those guitars sound really nice!
Both sound great and have their own characters! Personally the all mahogany FS850 sounds more balanced and I enjoy more.
