Was doing security work on Thanksgiving morning close to a local airfield and heard a wild motor start up. Five minutes later a P-51 came up over the trees and went out about two miles out and came back wide open throttle diving in low pass at the airport. That motor sounded so cool I'll never forget it. I'm a motor guy and love the sound of a Chevy small block screaming but that motor put them to shame. Hell I have a 67 327 in my 84 El Camino that screams on the weekends.
