- Is Thrive Market really worth it? You've probably heard of this online healthy and organic shopping store called Thrive Market. Shopping for healthy food can become quiet expensive. Shopping at Thrive Market is suppose to be cheaper than shopping at your normal grocery stores. I've shared Thrive Market reviews in the past but I wanted to level this one up with a cost comparison. I think it's crazy that they expect you to buy a membership before you can look at their products to see if you even want anything!
Wow, They have definitely changed alot lately than how it use to be. I started with them over 5+ years ago so things seem to be changing
That's why I'm looking at this review. That has turned me off completely because how do i know i want a membership without even looking at products. Also you should be able to buy without a membership.
They do say on the website you can cancel within 30 days if your not happy. But I agree. I would like to see the products first. Kind of like hello fresh.

Enjoyed this video but It’s super important for people to compare Thrive to supermarkets in THEIR areas, because some cities have a variety of affordable grocery stores options and others do not.
I live in a small town and there’s literally no healthy places around here... just a bunch of fast food and Walmart... and the healthy products are always gone or super expensive... there’s not even a lot of healthy stuff anyways.. so I will be looking into this thank you! ❤️

Yes I agree. I live on a mountain and we have alot of tourism so it annoys me that we have no health food stores.
You can definitely find healthy items at Walmart.

My local grocery stores are almost always cheaper or the same price as thrive market. It’s only good for snacks or rare items. They do have some weird things like bison baby food.😂
I’ve been using them for about a month and I wasn’t quite sure myself if it was worth it so this video was really helpful. Also, I love them because you can purchase things that you may not have access to at your local grocery stores.

I'm sorry to hear that Caroline. I've been with them for years. They also randomly send out extra 20-30% off emails and that's usually when I do my hauls. I know they recently changed their pricing structure so I'm going to have to do a new comparison soon.

I like them. I live in a small town so we don’t have places that sell a lot of organic stuff. I always wait till there is a sale or they send out a promo code. I don’t buy things I can get at Walmart.
I highly suggest the Chomps meat sticks they sell in many flavors and kinds of meats.

I'm kinda late, but I'm considering trying thrive market for healthy snacks! Not sure if it's really good for actual cookign grocery's, but it seems really good for yummy healthy snacks!
DEFINITELY not recommended if you have teenaged/twentysomething still at home... who are always hungry when they are home, & will eat a box of these snacks in a sitting!! If you do, This is the kind of stuff ya need to hide in your room lol

I just signed up but idk I'd ill buy anything bc its kind of pricey, especially since there's an aldi nearby. I want to try the organic candy but idk if I can justify a membership for that. I'll just go to wholefoods and stock up (it's far from me)

Yes but with the membership cost is it worth it?
For me, yes! The membership is similar to a Sams Club or Cosco membership. If you shop there often, it far outweighs the membership. This was a small snack haul, and I saved that much. I shop there all year for much larger hauls so absolutely, FOR ME. So it depends how much shopping you do there
I found alot of their items were quite a bit more expensive than my local market I cancelled the subscription.

Hey! I just went and checked out the website and it says that the monthly cost is about $10 and the annual cost is about $60.
No I did not add it. I pay yearly as I order all year long..so my yearly savings are pretty sweet as this was just a small order...I believe it's like $60. It's similar to a Sams/Cosco's fee.
What about the subscription fee?? You didn't add that!!
The fee is similar to a Sams Club or Cosco Fee. And it pays for itself 10x fold...at least for me! And this was just a small order..if you order from them throughout the year and eat natural foods/product...you're still saving hundreds more. But yeah if you never shop healthy or order from them regularly, then it may not pay for itself. Just saying...

If you work in education you get a free membership also low income
It happened to me..I became a member without even realizing it because all their emails went straight to the spam folder. Today i became aware whenever they charge my PayPal account. I purchased vitamins and the rest became by the company's default. I would stay away from these practices..pay membership to buy stuff? IDIOTCRACY USA
