What a novel concept! Allowing tax payers to keep more of their income! The government represents the people!! The people should put government reps and employees on minimum wage.

Noem opposed a reduction and a full repeal while she was a member of the Legislature more than a decade ago. In 2009, then-state Representative Noem voted against a Democrat lawmaker’s proposal to cut the state sales tax on food to 2% from the then-rate of 4%.
Our states we're set up by our founding fathers to be able to run themselves ,the fed was suppose to take care of needs of the states if needed an take care of the military, we've had governors that have ran their states as profitable businesses,to make themselves rich, Governor Noem has done a wonderful job at keeping people employed, safe,to abuse a hard working governor of this is uncalled for,she done a wonderful job at what she can do, I don't live in your great state,but wish others would follow
Having to prove u are medically disabled before u can even get on medical is kinds bs. I lost my job because I twitched and fell and can't even afford medical care because I can't get insurance to even aid in finding out why it happened.
I went to the groceries store today.. 3:45 for a 3 liter bottle of root 10 bucks for a brick of cheese and eggs were on sale 1;50 a carton.. could not get my pop of chips even though the chips were on sale for 5 bucks for two bags.. I just decided to walk on it. Didn't even look at the meat.. but I wanted the pop and chips.. three plus face tissues of a dozen were on sale 6 bucks.. walked on that.. I should watch the price is right c if their prices match the real world. I'm sure contestants on that show now probably don't come close to the sticker price...
Why does any place on Earth have sales-tax on food? In many Europen countries the sales-tax is 25%! A few have a lower rate on food, like 17-18% percent!! But hey, it gives the governments more free money they can give to Ukraine...
