Wrong. She began shutdowns when the pandemic started. And she was on her way to shutting down the whole entire State until the legislature refused her tyrannical rampage. She politically punished long time employees for telling the truth , revoking ones retirement. A litany of scandals is under some of those $70,000 rugs. She used the CARES money that was ordered to aid those harmed by pandemic tyrannies... On CPAC and personal expenditures. Not one of the families she ruined with her initial and continued lockdowns was aided. SD is lucky that the legislature prevented her from plaguing the entire state.
