At high settings, the frame rate drops to 25~35 at 20W. The game is playable, but the controls aren't comfortable for me.

The MAX TDP of GPD WIN MINI is 20W. There is also a BIOS that disables the maximum limit, but I don't want to use that because of the heat issues. This is because the heat is enormous even at 20W.
