I like how this mirrors real life castles. Starts out as a basic fortification, ends up being a palatial nightmare to maintain property for regional heritage foundations.
I'd love to see a recreation of rattay castle or maybe solitude or windhelm from skyrim. Or even high hrothgar from skyrim although im not sure that would have the same vibe not being super high up but it has a very satisfying symmetrical design. The tower of london or the bastille prison could also be cool. Maybe just a norman castle or harlech castle. Damn im so excited to get this game.
most def gonna finish it. but recreating is always harder and takes longer then just bulding something on your own. gotta make it as close as possible to the original. so its very tiring process aswell. And it kinda drags you away from other projects. so it will take a while. but heres a little progress teaser anyway ibb.co/nBP6Yrm
The build complexity, as with your other vids, is astounding. I would be astonished, if this channel does not take of soon. Perhaps sprinkle in some tutorial-style videos or slow down/ zoom into the more intricate build details.
bro YES i would SO watch videos showing off different 'techniques' and such, that'd be sick... i think it'd be nice to have it in text too to keep the kinda cozy atmosphere and just have the sounds of the building and music, but up to the creator anyway
Wonderful work. The game gets released in a few hours but I'm as interested to see how the games gets developed from this point onwards. There is so much potential
Ye. I went with svømme Borg. But separated makes no sense as a name so I put it together even tho it completely changes it's name. Had a giggle and kept it.
Would you do something like the Schloss Marienburg at some point? Seems like it has plenty of interesting details, like the spiral staircase towers in the courtyard.
Oh yeah maybe. Schloss Marienburg looks incredible and would probably be fun to recreate. Also im looking at Burg Eltz or Hohenzollern. But currently i have a few projects going and i cant seem to finish any of them because i always start something new. Also not the biggest fan of Recreations just because i feel really pressured to make them as close to the original as possible and that tough as is and takes so much more time then just building whatever comes to your mind. But im certainly not against, evidently looking at Burg Falkenstein i did. So yeah maybe in the Future. no promises.
Just recreating castles, however beautiful, is of course somewhat limiting. Still, I note that you incorporate many structural and stylistic aspects of real-world castle architecture - which is frankly what makes your builds so appealing to me. Burg Eltz is certainly a great inspiration - or a picturesque ruin like Burg Hanstein.
I can't even figure out how you did half the things you did. I gotta stop watching these videos, because I'm super happy with my builds until I see stuff like this
Very cool project. I like your Creativity! But isn't the main point of TinyGlade to come down, relax, let go of the hectic pace. That is destroyed in a timelapse, isn't it? I mean sure, on RUclips what's fast gets clicked fast because people don't have an attention span, but I'd love to share your full length build process. Could you do another re-upload where you use normal speed?
What do u do after building is done? Thats all? Should have online players visiting your build by paying entry coins or something, vast map , ncp’s visiting , wild animal attacks , u visiting others builds … just building it is not enough, dt u can do with lego blocks as well..
Not every game needs to have everything. Tiny glade is simply a chill castle/cottage builder. I plan on using it to make maps for DnD but in general it is simplyy for fun building. Also try building this castle in Lego and spending less than the price of this game.
>whole ass castle being built homestead style

The level of Creative Freedom and Control this game provides is seriously Insane!!
how is this video only 800 views ?
You know how to use the game perfectly and that's beautifull to watch :)

Maybe I'm currently building Windhelm... Maybe it's 20% done.... Maybe
@@private1177 :0 YAY I hope it reaches 100%
Immediately thought of Skyrim as well

this is so nice
i just want them to add villager npcs when the building is done to make it more alive haha
What a nice and relaxing game

man if they put this sort of building into an rts ...............GOTY
Absolutely amazing! And thank you so much for sharing your save file!! ❤
Wonderful work. The game gets released in a few hours but I'm as interested to see how the games gets developed from this point onwards. There is so much potential
I'm already hoping they increase the build area at some point
I have seen dev's making comments in some creator videos receptive to ideas and concerns brought up in those videos.
truly a beautiful creation, i can't wait for the full release
That castle looks awesome. Reminds me of the art style used in the game Albion Online.
Wow this looks amazing 👍
This is so adorbs!
Looks wonderful!
Amazing !
BRAVO!
Gosh this is so pretty 😍😍
Fun fact:
Svømmeborg is Norwegian for Swimming Pool. 😂
Ye. I went with svømme Borg. But separated makes no sense as a name so I put it together even tho it completely changes it's name. Had a giggle and kept it.
what a good game
This is... beutiful❤
Ahh yes Swim Castle in Danish
i wanna see you start with one of the dailies and build off that, would be a fun little challenge i think
Try building pyramids ❤

Mont Saint-Michel would be another pretty one
Huzzah! What was your actual play time on this?
200h+ during playtest and demo. this build is probably around 6h
@@private1177 absolutely amazing that this game/tool enables essentially anyone do this in a day or two!
Is it possible to make builds other than European style builds, like Southeast Asia, East Asia, Middle East, etc?
look here: ruclips.net/video/H8YOFWx4hXQ/видео.html
Are all these builds you are making based on real life places, or are you coming up with the names on your own?
no most of them not. aotherwise id say that its a recreation ^^
@@private1177 they look fantastic!
can this be called "nodal generation"? if not, what name is it?
which references do you use to create or recreate these castles?
mosty none. also no planning. i just slap together and hope it will look good once im done. (no im not joking, this is actually all i do)
@@private1177 daaaaang how long have you been playing Tiny Glade for? You seem to have totally mastered it
@@mygetawayart about 200h+
Wait, seeing how the camera doesn't move throughout much of this - is there a timelapse feature?
not to release. the timelpase feature that was in the early playtests has to go under a bit of recoding until its ready.
@@private1177 Ah, nice! Can't wait for tomorrow!
Winterfell is it possible ?
Knce i get my hamds on the full game im making hogwarts
is this video function part of full version?
It seems like they're playing the full version
That's some stuff the playtesters have access to. But devs want to implement something like this at some point
I can't even figure out how you did half the things you did. I gotta stop watching these videos, because I'm super happy with my builds until I see stuff like this

Beautiful! But a little bit too crowded and chaotic of a build for me
I love this game but I really think it should have npcs waling around to make it feel alive.
great they made a game based on the collapse function, then what ?
How do you do the camera pans at the end?!??? This a mod?
@@pixelpatron I think we gave you the answer in the discord like 30min ago. You enable the experimental camera controls in the control settings.
@@private1177 took a min to figure it out, but I got it sorted. THNX!!!! Now I gotta redo my vids.
These tools arent available in final version why?
@@asaiira what tools? I didn't use anything to build this that isn't available in game.
@@private1177 I was just confused nvm. Needed time to figure out castle walls, stairs, bridges etc
The game hasn't even released yet and the map already looks way too small to player creativity
Most def not to small
@@private1177 oh no, I'm talking about how many amazing map-filling builds I've seen already xD
