I wish this would happen for any of my gem OCs or Gemsonas for Steven Universe. Since I'm a boy in real life, I can't be the voice of whoever Gemsona I want to be in the show. So I would have to be a part of Rebecca's crew and try to hire a voice actress. Who knows which one would actually work in the show in terms of biography and roles. One of my gemsonas is Bumblebee Jasper. She is an experimental forced fusion of four gems. White Calcite, Sulfur, Pyrite, and Pararealgar.
Plot: Yellow Diamond wanted someone to assassinate Steven. So she invites White Diamond and they make an agreement to work on an experimental forced fusion project known as "Project Killer Bee". Yellow and White Diamond must shatter some of their own gems as a sacrifice in order to create it. Yellow Diamond invited a Pyrite, a Sulfur, and a Pararealgar while White Diamond invited a White Calcite. They both explain to them about Project Killer Bee and they all agree to be shattered in order for it to work. So White Diamond had patch of dirt with preserved organic matter from Earth on homeworld for the shards to be buried and incubated. One hour later, a gem had burst out of the ground high in the air and then landed on the ground bent down with one of her hands on the ground looking at Yellow Diamond, White Diamond, and their Pearls with a intimidating glare. Bumblebee Jasper was born.
Yellow Diamond explains to Bumblebee Jasper about Steven/Rose Quartz shattering Pink Diamond when she doesn't know that she isn't actually shattered and Steven/Rose Quartz is Pink Diamond. Yellow Pearl walks up to Bumblebee Jasper with a naginata held sideways in both of her hands. She then gives it to Bumblebee Jasper. Yellow Diamond says to Bumblebee Jasper, "Rose Quartz has taken form of what these creatures on Earth are known as "humans". He lives somewhere in a town called "Beach City" from which I have heard from Topaz. Find Rose Quartz and shatter her once and for all." Bumblebee Jaspers responds with maniacal grin saying, "Yes... my Diamond."
At the temple, Steven sits on the stair rail outside the front of his house looking out into the ocean. Then all of a sudden from down at the beach, Bumblebee Jasper throws her naginata like a javelin. Steven looks to his right, sees it and lays back to dodge it. The naginata hits the wall to the right of his front door. Steven looks at Bumblebee Jasper from above and with both his hands next to his mouth, he yells both in fear and anger to her, "Who are you?!" Bumblebee Jasper takes one step back with her right foot and jumps forward very fast trying to charge at Steven with a punch, but Steven dodges by jumping down to the beach. Bumblebee Jasper misses him and lands on the front porch with her left fist pounded in breaking the wood. She then takes her nagainata out of the wall and points to him saying in a loud edgy voice, "Rose... QUARTZ! You're going to pay for this." Bumblebee Jasper bends her knees, jumps high, and charges down at Steven with her naginata pointing at him. Steven quickly summons his shield, enlarges it, and blocks her naginata. Steven struggles to keep his shield up as she stands on top of it repeatedly stabbing it trying to breaking it.
Garnet sees the impale mark on the wall to the left of the front door from her point of view and quickly looks out the window to see that Steven is in trouble. She then warns Amethyst, Pearl, and Peridot at Steven's bedroom watching "Camp Pining Hearts" about it saying, "Steven is in trouble against a homeworld gem! We must go!" So Amethyst, Pearl, and Peridot went with Garnet through the front door and they all jump down to the beach to rescue him. Steven kneels on the ground while he struggles to hold his shield up as it is close to the point of breaking. Garnet fires one of her gauntlets as a rocket at Bumblebee Jasper. Bumblebee Jasper hears it, turns around and vertically slice it in half with her naginata. The two halves of the gauntlet disappear. Bumblebee Jasper jumps down from Steven's shield and says with a maniacal grin to the Crystal Gems, "Heh! Defeating me won't be so easy." Amethyst responds saying, "We'll see about that punk!" Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Peridot all jump forward charging at Bumblebee Jasper. Garnet ready to punch with one of her gauntlets, Amethyst readying to strike with her whip, Pearl waiting to thrust her spear, and Peridot using her Ferrokinesis to ride her I-pad like a hover board charging at her. Right before they hit her, Bumblebee Jasper uses her naginata to quickly slash Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Peridot poofing them in an instant. She then pins Steven to the ground with her right foot on his left hip and points her naginata at his gemstone. She says to Steven, "I shall do this once and for all, but I must ask you, why? why did you shatter Pink... DIAMOND!?" Steven responds in a weak voice, "There is something you know. She's not actually shattered. She faked her shattering by having Pearl shape-shift into Rose and poofing her with her sword. Pink Diamond created had fake gem shards and swallowed them, making it look to everyone like she was shattered." Bumblebee Jasper holds back her naginata and steps back letting Steven up. She then ask him, "How do you know about all this?!" Steven answers" That is because.. I am Pink Diamond!" He then shape-shifts rotating his gemstone downwards to reveal the pavilion of it facing up to show that it's Pink Diamond's gemstone. Bumblebee Jasper's eyes widen, she drops her naginata on the ground, and asks Steven, "Why did this even happen?"
Steven answered, "Pink Diamond was inspired by the Earth and its life so I think she took the form of gem called, "Rose Quartz" as a secret identity and had Pearl created a hologram of her at her palanguin so her gems won't know she's missing. She made friends with Garnet, Bismuth, and many others to teach them how to be themselves, learned about humans along with the many forms of life on Earth, and didn't want the responsibility of colonizing the Earth, nor being a part of the Diamond Authority. She decided to fake her shattering not only to have Pearl and herself free from their Homeworld responsibilities, but she thought that the Diamond's wouldn't care about her. Her plan backfired as Blue, Yellow, and White Diamond cared about her shattering and took their anger on the Crystal Gems. This must be how the Gem War begun. And so she must've lied to Garnet about shattering Pink Diamond, and then did the same thing when she met Amethyst.
Bumblebee Jasper says, "Wow.... I'm very sorry, Rose." Steven responds, "You can call me, Steven." Garnet reforms glaring at Bumblebee Jasper from behind. She then charges at her and hits her head poofing her. She picks up Bumblebee Jasper's gemstone applying pressure to it with her gauntlet trying to shatter her, but Steven goes to Garnet and says to her, "Wait! She stopped attacking me and apologized ever since I told her the truth about Pink Diamond." Garnet gives Bumblebee Jasper's gemstone to Steven for him to bring it to his bedroom at his house. Peridot reforms, then Amethyst, and then Pearl. Garnet explains to them what happened and they all go back to Steven's house.
After five minutes when Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, Steven and Peridot looked at Bumblebee Jasper's gemstone resting on Steven's bed next to her naginata. Bumblebee Jasper then reforms with a new outfit with a star on the naval part of her wrestling overall as a sign that she decided to join the Crystal Gems. Steven says to her, "You look amazing!" She responds, "Thanks, but there is one thing I must do. She goes outside to the beach with her naginata and the gems follow her. Bumblebee Jasper then summons a Diamond Contactor with her gem and contacts Yellow Diamond. Yellow Diamond says to her, "Did you finally shatter her?" Bumblebee Jasper answers, "NO! There is something you should know. Rose Quartz is actually Pink Diamond!" She point's to Steven's gemstone showing that he is. Yellow Diamond asks, "How is this possible?" Bumblebee Jasper answers, "She was inspired by the Earth along with its life and wanted to give up her position of colonizing Earth in order to be free. So she faked her shattering by having Pearl shape-shift into Rose Quartz and then poofing her with her sword while she had created fake gem shards and swallowed them in order to make it look like Rose Quartz shattered Pink Diamond." Yellow Diamond says, "She betrayed Homeworld. Shatter her at once!" Bumblebee Jasper answered, "Never! I'm done taking orders from the likes of YOU!" She then ends her message, places the Diamond Contactor on the ground and thrusts her naginata into it breaking it in half. When she turns around with a smile on her face, Steven, Garnet, Amethyst, Pearl, and Peridot all clap their hands, giving Bumblebee Jasper a round of applause for betraying Yellow Diamond and becoming a new member of the Crystal Gems. I will admit, Gumball is probably one of the best kids show out there in terms of Humor and Design. They TRULY care about their jokes and community, that's what makes the show so perfect. I'm not saying they don't have lame moments in the show, but just the way they always casually pull off jokes within the show has me dying, like "How to Rattatwang your Panda" joke is solid gold. Especially jokes that go waaay beyond children's heads.

You're clearly wrong, the decisions the producers made here made it to widen the audiences they reach to make it entertaining for all ages, yet not being specific to one, while still being able to make jokes that can reach adult audiences while at the same time not being specific enough to have the jokes reach younger children and expose them to such things.
but the things the kids don't know about aren't inappropriate so I really don't see what the problem is. They get to enjoy the episode even if they don't get the references. the episodes would be literally exactly the same plot-wise if, say, the bootleg movie was called 'BOOTLEG MOVIE' and not 'How to Rattatwang your Panda'
I feel like Gumball is the type of show that actually deserves to be long-running series.

What show is that
The dumb thing is they both have very weird and random comedy, except teen titans go doesn't pull it off. ttg has very ignorant and idiotic characters that have very little sense of right or wrong and logic. Gumball has very likeable, memorable characters, which is why it is so much better. Ttg also has very uninteresting topics such as episodes about books and a big bottle. Gumball however is aware of what is overly cringe and what isn't, allowing them to write clever jokes and references to what's popular, as well as episodes such as the shippening.

BT dubs, that female human gumball and male darwin, are likely made by someone who based them of the ACTUAL episode where Gumball's clothes are destroyed and he is forced to cross-dress into a wedding gown, and Darwin, not realizing it's actually Gumball, falls in love with "her".

1) I know there will be a lot of controversy of this episode, because of it being gross, with the ink lemonade coming out of Squidward’s nose and everyone drinking it, and SpongeBob and Patrick making cookies out of spider eggs. Oh, and there’s a huge spider in the episode.

As someone who creates OCs (both fandom and non-fandom) and have created some real stinkers, I love this episode. If an old OC of mine showed up I would be ECSTATIC! The fact that they found my character would blow my mind, and I could also laugh about it and show it to my friends and future kids! I love this episode so much~

I love that when a show can be self aware enough to mock it's own fanbase. It's also funny and sad that those who were being depicted probably didn't realize they were being picked for being the most obscured ideas. And I have stayed away from Fan Wiki since I think I could get brain cancer reading some of those show proposals. I think about 98% of are just crossovers with no plot, story, or reason. I seem to remember seeing "Sonic GT." A sequel series to Sonic X where the only description was a cast of characters including Ghostbusters, Madagascar characters, Tomas and Friends, Harry Potter characters, Star Wars, Star Trek, Twilight, various Disney heroes and villains, as well as anime characters from at least 20 different movies and series.

eeeeh, I dunno about the sentiment of the fans being happy about seeing their work in the show. if it were me, I'd be kinda torn. On one hand, my art would be in a show I like. yay! On the other, the creators only put it there to make fun of it. Someone saw the art a fan (probably a kid) made in earnest, just having fun, and then it gets put in an episode purely to be roasted by adult content creators, which is already pretty rampant on the internet as it is.
But either way, it's already there. Just some food for thought

It's times like this when I feel proud of actually knowing Migs Garcia personally. Fun fact about him: If you dig deep into deviantART you'll actually notice that he had asked a lot of artists for Gumball drawing requests, and it's no coincidence. I still have sketches of the drawings I made for him years ago in my notebooks!
