This teaches us all that when we are looking for something that we think will let us achieve something new, we should have spent that time trying to achieve the new thing without the object, as we all have the power inside us to do things by ourselves. So yes, you can become a surgeon without qualifications as the ability to open someone up and take their organs out is within us all and we shouldn't rely on help to get there, don't wait for something to be easier, go do it now. Make that mansion without any priar experience in architecture. Win the Olympics without playing any sport in your life. Go achieve your dreams.
