Great haul! It sounds like you've got some interesting retellings. I've read Wildwood and King and the Dragonflies. I thought Wildwood was a bit meh, but Carson Ellis is one of my favourite illustrators. She wrote Du iz tak? which is a picture book about some insects, and it's written in a made up language! I love reading it to my students, and I recommend it to everyone because it's so fantastic. King and the Dragonflies was a really good book though! Sasha Masha and The Project both sound really great! I'm definitely going to put them on my "to read" list! The Fire keeper's daughter is already on my "to read" list! And I agree with you, I think middle grade novels are highly underrated! There are so many amazing middle grade novels out there! And I'd love to hear your thoughts on all of these after you've read them!

I'm catching up to your YT channel! But yes, highly recommend the Night Circus. An EXCELLENT read. In addition, if you love mysteries with magic, Jonathan Strange and Mr Norell by Susan Clarke was a delight to read.
