It sounds like Munchausen syndrome which is a serious mental disorder that causes people to fake illness or injury to gain attention. Edit: Yep, definitely Munchausen's, and she wants to go home because she isn't getting the level of attention she wants at the nursing home.
It also could be anxiety and depression too. Panic attacks can cause the light-headed feeling, racing heart, feeling like your dying, and headaches, and depression can cause body aches.
