I am a 14 year old and I was diagnosed with PCOS at the age of 12 and for the past 2 years, my doctors have been saying that you are overweight and need to loose weight, so my parents made me fast and just let me eat very little. When I got to know I was diagnosed, I started to become very concerned abt how I look, so I hope I become free from this

You're lucky to have a supportive partner. I have almost healed my system, but my boyfriend didn't sympathize with my conditions, which caused me much stress and overeating as i was trying to be different, now I ruined my systems and those conditions due to pcos, insulin resistant, IBS flared up also 10kg gains.now I am trying to heal myself again.

After more than 6 years of going to a lot of doctors and all of them invading my symptoms or offering temporary solutions without listening to what was bothering me, I found a competent doctor who diagnosed me with PCOS and hypothyroidism and for the first time I felt that I was working to treat my root cause. This year I had so many ups and downs but I learned so much about my body, about how to make myself feel good both emotionally and physically. At the same time you appeared on my TikTok and I got a lot of inspiration especially from the meal ideas, supplements and together with my wonderful doctor I set up a treatment plan that today makes me flourish. I am absolutely grateful to all the women who share their experiences and the journey that it is not an easy road and this motivates me even more to feel good in my body. I hug you and wish you only beautiful results🦋❤️

I absolutely LOVE your videos and energy, Mila! Your story is very similar to mine where I had to cut some foods like soy and some legumes because of skin rashes and inflammation. I know what it feels like to undergo that darkness when your body, a vessel you should trust and feel safe in, seems to be working against you. And you are SO right about women being under-studied in clinical research! The "shrink it and pink it" phenomenon is real and I wish the momentum to respect women into science picks up 💖

Good morning from Paris :) Your story is so interesting i am watching ALL your videos. I tried Roaccutane (which is accutane) twice and nothing changed. I've always had terrible period cramps.
I Stopped birth control 2 years ago and after 6 months all my acne came back (period cramps not so badly)
But as i was aware of my lifestyle 10 years ago, I changed everything and did A LOT of research regarding PCOS, especially regarding food and selfcare routine.
I supported my body with supplements and now I am able to say that i have find the way to balance it.
Walks helps me a lot with stress, writing when i feel down, ligther and less cosmetics products.
I am even able to get out without make up which was IMPOSSIBLE as a teenager. I guess confidence with years also helped to understand that acne does not define me and is not my fault and of course people support.
What is impressive is that I lost 10kg 3 months after stopping it and got it back but nothing more (unfortunately i lost my boobies haha). I just check my sugar intake (gluten also...) to deal with insuline resistancy and i feel better than ever.
I am too lazy to get through the diagnosed of PCOS at the moment, but I don't need it : i know my body talks to me and i try things.
    Thank you for your content!

Wow, your journey is really inspiring! Because I'm with PCOS for like 15 years already, like I don't have problems with my thyroid but I have all these stuff like acne, problems with hair loss, a lot of hair, unstable cycle, high testosterone, prolactin and doctors were prescribing me spironol or birth controls always. Also they were telling me that I need to take these pills if I want to stabilize my hormones. I was leaving with a thought that these pills will be with me forever. And then I found your account and it's amazing! You were able to back your hormones to normal, it's awesome! I'm just wondering is this possible to back cycle to normal without any drugs and only with supplements, diet and physical activity?

Vitamin D3, chromium, folic acid and vitamin B6. Should we take it separately from the drink? Or are all the vitamins mentioned above added to the drink? I hope to receive a clear answer from you, thank you very much.
