I love your upbeat attitude! Your new home looks great! My granddaughter is 5 and got bunk beds a year ago. She loves them! My son put a string of battery-operated lights on the upper long edge. She turns them on and off with a safe switch on the lights. Of course, he is Mr. Safety first so the lights are attached so she can't get take them down or get tangled in them. It makes for a magical effect. I'm sure Layla Jane will have so many fun memories of her bunk beds!
