I am so grateful that people are doing Vlogmas this year - esp these lowkey cutesy ones. I'm home alone for the holidays, because my partner is working on the other side of the world for four months, and having these to watch every day just makes me feel like I have a friend over keeping me company in my apartment 💖

OMG the explanation about the itchy arms from nightmares and how it can be a form of anxiety and stress. i've been dealing with it this year and had no idea why i kept scratching & trying to figure it out, + my dreams were really bad too. very much so relate to this :,) also watching this while i have a itchy/sore throat during finals :(

This is from a vlog a few days ago but the belly breathing has actually helped me calm my anxiety so much, to the point where it’s even helped me fall asleep at night when my brain is racing the most. Thank you ♥️

woah the dream talk really hit me hard. TW: suicide; about 2-3 months ago i had the worst dream ever. i dreamt that my mom jumped off a bridge in front of me and my sister, the fact that that's how my grandma, my moms mom, died is insane to me. i woke up sobbing and was terrified of falling asleep for days. dreams are so powerful and can fuck with our brains so hard.
but on a lighter note, lily's editing is so fucking amazing, i loved the shot of the menu and the zoom out of the little dessert (the food looked so fire btw)

Hey girl, hey!! I just wanted to give you a tip that I use whenever I accidentally put too much blush contour or highlighter on. I take a damp sponge and very lightly dab it on my face. It helps for blending to. This is of course, after you apply all of that stuff.

@@KristenMcAtee tbh decks are always sealed good. I always get caught up on the plastic because sometimes the tan thing is stuck in a corner somewhere. Also I collect cards so the stickers I slowly tear so I don’t ruin the box. Need to get you a letter opener or something lol
