Still feel strange to make them say "get out of your players mind and think as a game desiner" when your game rely soo much on gameplay and on how players feel the champion; also I am sure to say that most Game Desiner have in mind what players will have to feel when they play the game.
What make this even more strange is that this Champion Designer think others can't have good ideas based on the fact that they are not desiners, which is a miss comprehension of the role of Desiner in general
