HOW TO fix Netflix not working on Virgin Tivo V6 box - error code: NW-2-5

- I'm not sure why this happens, but Netflix refuses to load on my Virgin Tivo v6 box at least once a month. All you need to do is reset the Tivo, it's easy and only takes a few minutes to solve - watch this video to see how.
** JUNE 2021 UPDATE: if this video doesn't solve the problem, try simply signing out of Netflix and signing in again on your Tivo - thanks to Amelie MSUK for that tip **

The problem might occur again, but this should fix it for a while
Thanks. Netflix updated but then didn't do anything just like you showed. Holding the button at the front didn't work on our box but there is a switch at the back to reboot. I rebooted but still not working. Any ideas?
Jeez I'm not sure how to get in working after you've tried all that - sorry - anyone out there got any other ideas why this wouldn't be working?
Good but my Netflix still says application loading. Netflix is loading onto the tivo box. Please wait a moment and try starting Netflix again. Like this 2 days now unfortunately

Thank you ... This happens every day on the V6 box when switching users and drives me mad. Usually I have to go in and out of the app numerous times 😢. I can't remember how to log out of Netflix when it happens because it gives option to exit which just takes you out of the app or reset where I think I'll lose everything ... Do you know pls?
