Her and Keith were expecting something like this, which is why Tiffany told Clerk Keys in February that she WANTED ALL the records. Clerk Keys told her to just let her know what records she needed and she would provide and Henyard said "no, I want ALL the records" After that exchange, Clerk Key discovered all records disappeared. When the first supoena was served asking for the records, they had already been taken by "some unknown person/persons) The Trustees suspect she already destroyed them. Either she is scrambling to recreate them or they were trying to change them to hide things. I can't think or any other reasons for henyard to have taken them.

@@MissaPalityyes. That's a possibility. But, I think the clerk knew someone would try that, to remove all the records, So she transferred copies to different files/ locations seperate from the village, just in case and if Tiff tried to change or alter the originals, the clerk has the originals.😊

I usually try to stay out of worldly business, but this is wild. This was a moment for the "black" officials to shine and show we could run any city/state government efficiently, but they missed the mark because of poor leadership. Subconsciously giving us a reason to distrust our own people. Sad
