Unfortunately, sometimes you are facing such a huge problem -
Like,
Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.
To fix the problem:
1. Insert your windows installation disc and restart your computer.
2. Choose your language settings, and then click “Next.”
3. Click “Repair your computer.”
If you do not have this disc, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance.

Well, don't worry about it, by following this instructions in this tutorial, you can easily get the solution of this problem.
How To Fix The Boot Configuration Data For Your PC Is Missing Or Contains Errors
If the Boot Configuration Data (BCD) store is missing, becomes corrupted, or isn't properly configured, Windows won't be able to start and you'll see BOOTMGR is Missing or a similar error message pretty early on in the boot process.
The easiest solution to a BCD issue is to simply rebuild it, which you can do automatically with the boot reccommand, fully explained below.
