Hello J. I have encountered an issue when uploading my song on tunecore shosing Rising Artist plan. What I did is: I made my payment first(14$) and I started filling the details after, when I wanted now to distribute the song they Said that with that plan I can't be able to distribute my song, I need to upgrade shosing an other plan, and the only option they gave is to go for the Professional plan which is more expensive. So I'm questioning my self, making the payment before filling the details was wrong or is there something that I was supposed to do which I did not do? Please help me, I'm stuck and confused!
This is still happening in June 2023. Often happens in chrome. Use a different browser, you may have to save a couple of times until the error hightlights the upload button.

I'm thinking it's hoilday Hours that's affecting this because stores still have to review but I been trying to since Nov 14th 2019 to release I'm call them Monday cause I uploaded from multiple devices n still no luck

Guys i found the solution. Put all the data in the blocks and then you go down when it says "save" or "save changes". After that it appears a block that says upload stereo and upload atmos. Thank me later! 😉😉

I think i just figured it out !! After i retyped the info in the field !! I “clicked “SAVE” then the upload option popped up !

Guys make sure to just save your song settings (songwriter, etc). After I did that it gave me the option to upload my song.

I just lost my 10 dollars and started to get the 100 dollar package couldn't upload artwork or audio
INPUT the name of the song, then save it and it will give you the option to upload!

erase your artwork download the music file first save and then your artwork.

After that what next?
Once to hit Save ofcourse the Magical upload button appears, just fill in the name details and click save
I hit the save button and Al it's is load.. and save button appears again.
