They both have endured so much tragedy and trauma, yet both are so genuine and kind people. The actors played them so well that you couldn't help but root for their relationship. Their chemistry was gradual and not contrived. I hope to see the two together in season 2. Very nice edit here.
Their whole story was about growing together through traumatic events. Saving one another in ways more than one. It wasn't typical romance but it was so well made and it blended amazingly with the story. And I really hope they make her an equally important character in season 2 because she knows more than anyone about that military contractor so it only makes sense that she will be equally involved in the story and whatever mission they embark upon. I really hope the makers in a subtle way explore them more because I am really tired of seeing toxic and screwed up couples and I need to see Peter Rose being cute and healthy. So yeah please let their essence be there. Plus I wish they have the other cast members back too. Erik Monks deserved better though. And I was waiting for your VM on Rose and Peter and as usual it's so beautiful.
I found this more heart warming for a relationship that gushy romance shows because this was survival. This was primal. I loved rose's character, this is just a character but she exemplified someone a man would love to have as a gf or wife and idk how it is for women as far as peter as far as bf or husband qualities. I loved the partnership and they both sacrificed for each other and complimented each other well. It showed a really strong bond

And they found peace in each other despite their chaos from past or present. Another thing that I absolutely loved is that they dis not show superhuman traits when writing the characters. They had their moments of vulnerability but they fought back.

Hey In super hero movies it’d find like black widow for marvel. But the thin model like woman always flipping dudes around is overboard sometimes. Rose showed a strong fiery independent woman but she also showed vulnerability like Peter. She had a great useful skill with the cyber security part. But she wasn’t Ronda rousey. Or physical ability was no different from a typical woman. But she still fought and helped Peter not because of some unique fighting ability but just effort. She picked up a log and whacked the dude lol. And quickly picked up the knife to stab the guy. It was her fiery part that did this. They both fought for each other and loved it . Basically her female empowerment wasn’t shoved in your face yet you could see it

Admittedly we were not familiar at all with the 2 leads but it was such a pleasant surprise to see how both leads screen presence grow on viewer. The plot, twists and pace were all wonderful. Supporting cast was also very good. Of course my wife and daughter fell straight for the action romance between the 2 leads. Hope it grow strong and solid in S2. Great series Netflix. Restore some faith in keeping my subscription 😂

I think he's going out to find the person who orchestrated the hit job on his father and complication with that. And while his dad seems guilty, there's something behind this which he was pressured. Rose better be in this tho and someway involved or connects with peter at some point

I couldn’t get past the unrealistic storyline where he shares ALL of the government secrets and even passes on secret/ sensitive tasks to her. She's just a regular citizen. It got to unrealistic and had a bit of already been done Jason Bourne story.
