The teams shouldn't have brawled at the hotel, that's why it went from the main PPV to the early prelims, it's their damn fault.

The most likely reason the UFC has moved this fight so low is a combination of not trusting Kape to make weight but even more than this, because it is Mokaev's last fight on contract and he has chose to not resign yet for some reason. Yes, the UFC is that petty.
