Being a restaurant consultant u are saying u dont knw abt food colours since ur hotels doesnt use it.. Then u should not do the job... Am being a doctor i write only medications which i knw... I should also knw what all medications should not be given to patients.... They themselves told they did wrong... Then why u are glorifying it.. Bt one thing the hotel people said i agree... The govt should ban these colours.. Then they wont add.. Its not the hotel people... People like u shd change.. Instead of justifying u shd have said they dont add anything now.. They reopened and if u had shown the kitchen then it should have benefitted them...

What is the point of this video ? I've visited this place long back before the issue and the food was decent but when you're running a restaurant you should abide by the food safety standards just because this is a normal restaurant where local people eat that does not mean that you do not have to comply with the standards.
You are clearly biased here you could have at least stated that what they did earlier was wrong.
