That 45 CAL FTX HORNADY (used by our main man here) designed for the 450 Bushmaster in 250-gr. makes an outstanding .50 CAL muzzleloader bullet with the 50/45 sabot. The terminal performance is outstanding! I also handload . . . refreshing to see the segment on today's program. 😉
I just use a standard paper target and place a 1 inch by 1 inch square of aluminum foil over the bullseye. The thermal will pick up the foil night or day for sighting in. I shoot a 22 nosler and set my group for 1.5 inches high at 100 yards.
@@kenj.8897 Where I hunt deer the population was hit with chronic wasting disease and coyotes have further decimated the herd, deer numbers have not come back !!

When there is an overpopulation of coyotes you lose a lot of other game animals.
Your coyote population needs to be thinned good work!!!, imagine how many deer and small livestock they would kill

Hunting in video games isn’t real hunting. Otherwise you would halfway understand predator and herd control by hunting.
