Helderberg College of Higher Education Men's Residence (Salisbury House)

Due to the deteriorating condition of the Men's Residence, we need to build a new dormitory. According to recent evaluations, it cannot be restored to a residence, but should be converted to classrooms.
A new area on campus has been allocated for the new residence.
The cost is R17 million.
