Technically Vegito did fight in his base form. You see, originally in the manga when Vegito first appeared he transformed into a Super Saiyan right off the bat. In the anime he fights in his base form for about half the fight before transforming.
And one of the most unique DB attacks and most characteristic Vegito's attacks (fingers on the beams and on the little energy balls) besides the sword lol

gogeta didnt have a base form until that point in dbz. fusion reborn only shows gogeta in his super saiyan form. the only base form shown is that of veku(the fat failed fusion)

You see, the fusion dance needs both of the people to have an equal power level, so Goku and Vegeta couldn't both be at full power when doing the fusion dance. However, the potara earrings don't need for both of them to be at the exact same power level, therefore they both can be at full power, thus making Vegito stronger.
It would be cool if Gogeta SS4 had a attack that was the fusion between final shine attack and dragon fist, the two most powerful attacks Goku and Vegeta had

One thing I never noticed when I was playing Dragon Ball Legends for the first time like I didn't notice Vegito learn Big bang Kamehameha in Dragon Ball Legends because I thought Gogeta is the only one who can use that technique

I hope that in Ultimate Tenkaichi they give SSJ4 Gogeta the Kamehameha X10 and the Final Shine Attack instead of another Big Bang Kamehameha like what they did with SSJ Gogeta (Super Kamehameha and Final Flash)
Not a bad set of videos. My biggest issues with them is you show the first attacks right after you do power-up techniques, which makes them more powerful than they really are, which may mis-lead people who have not played the games. Also, show the characters actually using the Super Explosive Wave on the enemies so that we may see how much damage it actually does, instead of having us see a shinny-thingy around the character.
SSJ4 Gogeta I think could benefit from replacing his super beam with that 100x cutscene and blast. And for his ultimate, I think something hilarious would be a rush that starts with the cloning/confetti and (while the opponent is distracted like Omega Shenron was after it) is followed up by that kick he used to send the negative energy ball up to space, complete with slow-motion and all that.
I think SS Vegetto should've had as a beam the same as SS4 Gogeta for finisher,a Big Bang Kame Hame Ha...only a bit weaker as it's a beam and not a finisher. And the rush is similar to what was seen on the show,only that he didn't really throw himself at Buu...that is taken from Cooler's lieutenant who had another energy sword and he did use it like that. It was simply to make it look cooler than just sticking the sword into the opponent.
Final Kamehameha WAS used against Super Buu, but it wasn't never really named, if memory serves. I DO remember that it nearly oblitorated Buu, however. Vegito used the Final Kamehameha to destroy Super Buu-han's lower half of his body. This was after he became candy and turned back to normal. The Super Kamehameha was what Vegito never used. The Big Bang Kamehameha was never used by SS Gogeta.
Some more things - the Potara fusion is also stronger because it doesn't have any criteria for fusion partners - just put them on and bam, you fuse. For the fusion dance, you have to be of similar size and physical ability, which is why Piccolo and Goku could show it to Goten and Trunks safely. Potara Fusion is also stronger because you cannot get an imperfect fusion with it (think Veku. None of that in Potara) So, overall, Vegito and Gogeta are equal, except Vegito can last and not fuse wrong.

Moves like Kamehameha 10x and Big Bang Kamehameha may be the same as the regular versions, but they are stronger. The Kamehameha 10x is a Kamehameha multiplied by ten. The Big Bang Kamehameha 100x is a Big Bang Kamehameha multiplied by a hundred.

But since you see vegeto(ssj1) fight more than you see gogeta(ssj1) fight in the anime they had more to work with so as a result I think that vegeto(ssj1) is a better character overall. Just because they had more to work with
The best fact is that final kamehameha was only canon at the black/zamasu arc of dragon ball super where not only there is vegito blue (vegito transformed into ss blue or super saiyan god super saiyan) but he uses the final kamehameha
Stardust Breaker repells all evil in some ones soul, it destroys Janemba and restores the saike demon to his oringinal state since all Janemba is is a bunch of pure evil souls. I think this move should have a damage percentage on how evil the character is, just like the Devilmite Beam.
since they already bother to make a final kamehameha for super vegito ulti, they should make galick kamehameha for vegito instead of plain kamehameha. Plus they should really make the big bang attack two-handed just like in the anime
In my opinion, I think Gogeta is better than Vegeto, not because he turns SS4. But that they really improved him from BT2. His Stardust Breaker wasnt a rush, and when you tried to use it, most people dodged it. Also, Gogeta has Instantaneous Transmission, which is a very good move, IF you know how to use it good and well in a battle

@K48MKII That is true about the FInal Kamehameha, when Vegetto first used it in the anime, he was about to fire it, but stopped the attack when the multiple buu ghosts appeared and started doing the kamehameha that they controlled like a rc attack.
The ultimate of Vegetto should be the Big bang Kamehameha ball and the super kamehameha should be tipe energy ball too and the big bang a beam not a regular. This moves are in the anime.
You know what's kind of cool? The game gives Vegetto the SSj2-esque lightning bolts only for a short moment as he transforms, just like in the manga. Nice little attention to detail.
I remember always playing base mode vegitto against all my friends And always winning, if they manage to get a few bars i kick it up a notch and turn ssj. And wreck them Jeez them were the days 😏😏

I think the Final Kamehameha was meant for Buu. He gave him 10 seconds to say his prayers before destroying him completely, but Buu acted first and swallowed him with absorption.

Truly, there was no fight with Super Gogeta and Janemba because he just used stardust Breaker and that was it.

There you go. Also, note that energy transfer is a common trick in DBZ (especially in the movies), so it's possibly an enhanced version of that.

The ultimate of Vegetto should be the Big bang Kamehameha ball and the super kamehameha should be tipe energy ball too and the big bang a beam not a regular.
This moves are in the anime.

I was always cheap and used SSJ4 Gogeta....good times...and i found the Final Kamehameha to be pretty badass...
The Final Kamehameha was used against Super Buu, blew off his arm. but yea it was Blue and was a ball, and only regular Vegetto used it
The Final Kamehameha is now Canon since Vegito came back in Super.

No. Vegetto is stronger than Gogeta because the Potara fusion was stated to be stronger than the Metamoran Fusion.
I remember always playing base mode vegitto against all my friends

That's what Vegetto did,rather than cutting or slicing or anything like that,he stabbed and got the energy sword through Buu's body.

I think the Final Kamehameha was meant for Buu. He gave him 10 seconds to say his prayers before destroying him completely, but Buu acted first and swallowed him with absorption.
@K48MKII Also, the final kamehameha in the anime was a ball. It really wasnt a final kamehameha, it was just a ball. They really made a good final kamehameha in these games.
