The way this show is so reminiscent of the band‘s beginning in the 1990s is incredible. The outfits, the sound, the masks (though resembling how time passed by!), the rudimentary stage design, the small venue, the energy,… It‘s just a brilliant start of the anniversary tour. Would have loved to have been there!
Coreys mask looking like the first 3 albums all rolled into one. Gooooooood stufffff
Love seeing it!!! Eloy holding it DOWN. Glad he was able to take on what seems to be a bucket list opportunity
i never thought I'd ever see them on such a small stage again in such good quality LMAO.
It’s a cover band lmao
@@FG_AND_S_TV It's them lmao. This is their first show they did in a string of shows they're doing for the 25th anniversary of their first album.
@@metalnotemono it’s not. I was in that cover band. It’s me
@@FG_AND_S_TVyou’re right
Its not a cover eloy casagrande its on the drums@@FG_AND_S_TV
What a beautiful battery!!! Best drummer in the world...
ELOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY !!🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘
So refreshing to see Slipknot on a smaller stage again. Much easier for the energy to bounce back and forth between them and the crowd.
To all the Jay lovers who were mad. Now you see! Solid tempos, no shortened double bass parts, slipknot sounds like Slipknot again. Best decision they could have made!
Jay shortened things?
@@Eirik36 watch videos of heretic, disasterpiece and others. Any song with long fast double bass parts were cut short and drum fills added
@@bixbiz3385 hmm interesting. This new guy’s blasts are pretty weak, so hopefully he gets better at them
@@Eirik36 😂😂😂😂! Eloy weak? Someone wake Erik up
@@bixbiz3385 he was killer at everything besides those blasts
Congratulations Slipknot, for making the best possibly decision in selecting a new drummer! Fucking awesomely insane addition!
Eloy is absolutely wild!
PQP ELOY!
04:48 looks SICK!
After seeing this name everywhere Slipknot finally listened for the first time...
Great Band... Great music.
what i love most about this is "the heat of the moment", meaning played without metronome. but not like the recent years where everything was imo way to fast making the groovy parts not groovy. this is just right in the perfect pocket. love it. thanks eloy i guess! :D
Eloy is actually using in-year clicks to play live with them. You can see a digital metronome in one iPad in some of the videos.
@@grimfist79 If it's click I guess it's the Craig Reynolds route. Manually mapping out a very good live rehearsal and using this instead of a grid click. That could be super possible since it's getting more and more popular.
No disrespect to the previous drummers (especially Joey) but this drummer is THE best drummer they've ever had. No slip-ups, doesn't go 50× faster than the original tempo, includes all the tricks from the album. Very impressed 👏
Dilihat dari style dia bermain drum dan gestur tubuh the real ELOY 🔥
I regret not buying a ticket and flying out for this. What an incredible experience
Finally, good to see songs like Disasterpieces and Heretic Anthem being played the right way again on the drums, specially the double bass.
Eloy is absolutely nailing it. I want an album with him. What a monster.
Thanks for this video. That was refreshing. Felt 20 again...for few mins. So I put it on replay for a while.
Welcome home Eloy! Best of luck!
Eloy 🇧🇷
Holy shit I thought this was early slipknot!!! Eloy sounding like Joey (respectfully) can’t wait to go see them
