I've got into bosai over the past year Phil. It's superb for your mental health! Patience is very much the key with it. It takes years to get trees to the level of some of those there. Its very much a work in progress where you come back to a tree months later. I'm with you on tamasaba as well. Not my cup of tea. However, the kids seem to go mad for them and they're a good way to get youngsters into the hobby.
Perhaps I will give bonsai keeping another go then🤔. Good point with that Tamasaba, anything that gets the younger generation into fish/koi keeping can’t be a bad thing😊👍
Great video as usual. Nearly bought one of the Goshiki from Koi Water Barn, but bought a bag of Saki Hikari instead. Look forward to tomorrow's video. Some great koi in the show vats I was very impressed.

It’s a different culture over her so while you may not agree with some of the things I film, neither you or I have the power or authority to change how things are done here so I simply try to video/document these events so that people who can’t attend can great a feel for the day and appreciate the koi that are on offer.
