The reason u got planet shaper was because u can get in from collecting meteors and a flash appeared on ur screen. This shows u got the planet shaper luck and all u needed was crystalize so u got it from a arrow and automatically got p//s
The reason you missed the ROAD ROLLER DA was because of the tree above you, when u went in the air the ROLLER DA slid down a cuz the ROLLER DA is not used to that it glitched into the ground. Dio's did not miss cuz he did it at the right time and place.
Tip for Dio: If you block, he does ground slam. This gives him endlag and gives you a chance to punish. Don’t block too often though. Since he has the same cooldowns as any regular player, he’ll use his donut move next to attack your block and that’ll guard break no matter what.

to get planet shaper you need to get the meteor effect ( the pink flash on your screen when your collecting meteor's) and summon/get crystallized then you will have it, that's how you get planet shaper from an arrow
I've also gotten ALOT of tales of universe I've gotten so much to the point where I frown from getting it..My luckiest moment was when a dragon ball spawned back to back.. (This is all about his lucky moments) Also why does he sound like he's saying World-A-Roller instead of Road-Roller?

There is no way your seeing this, But when your screen flashes it means you got the aura/effect for P//S, and when you got P//S it didn't mean you got it from arrow that easily, it's because you got crystallized after getting the aura

You can get Planet Shaper after you get the pink screen of a Meteorite and then get Crystallized it automatically gives you Planet Shaper.
usually for the take and do damage quests i just hop in 1v1s or urf mode because you get the job done and its way more fun then just grinding
