Just got my lease renewal for my studio in NJ. It's $1723 and around here that's actually considered not too bad. A 1 bdrm is running $2000+ almost everywhere except the hood. I feel like I can barely keep up anymore. Something has to give. SMH
That’s awesome I will be in the same area for the month of February and will be going to other areas to see where I want to stay long term.. hopefully we can meet up for couple drinks in Feb.
The price she gave you for the ED visa is not for 1 year. It’s for 3 months and then you have to get extension every 3 months. The price for a 1 year ED Visa with re-entry is around 70k baht. You can also get a 15 month ED visa for 90k.
I've been a truck driver for 14 years. Now I'm 35 and I'm trying to learn a skill the will allow me to work remotely. I've practically lived in my truck for the last ten years and got a nice savings account plus 401k. I also have a property that gives me 2k of passive income. I might just make the move in the next couple of years.
Congratulations on your new place, Bro....and Great Video! I commend you on your plans for the upcoming year!! With the Education Visa, do you still have to report to Immigration every so often. I think that this is the case with a Retirement Visa as well. In fact, it might make for an Awesome video if you did one on the types of Visas and the Requirements for each!! Again, this was a Great Video, and thanks for the info.
@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 Hey. So I want to come live there from the USA. I kind of want to do it without letting people from here find me. Can I live there without a visa and just hope to not get caught?
