We live in a 3 dimensional world. And our dimension is made of multiple 2 dimensional planes i.e. 6 squares coming together to make a cube. The 2nd dimension is made of multiple 1 dimension lines i.e. 4 lines making a square.
So this means the 4th dimension is made up of multiple 3 dimensional planes. It's hard to imagine such a thing since we only live in the third dimension. Although it is similar to using multiple cubes to make a tesseract (a 4d cube, this is relatable to how a cube is a 3d square and so on).

Time is, may be 0D instead of 4D. Because 3D can see 2D and 2D can see 1D. It means the higher dimensions can see or know everything about the lower dimensions. I saw one of the comments says that "Time is the separate aspect of every dimensions" so it is the same as "Every dimensions has time." This experience would be a 5th-dimensional rather than a 4th-dimensional one, because of the fact that space is actually a plane or realm. Each plane/realm has only 3 dimensions. That means the 3rd dimension is the highest spacial dimension. Then we have to enter the next plane/realm which has additional 3 dimensions and is fully connected to the previous one.
