I like it since it is temperature controlled and you can make several pancakes at one time. Mine is nonstick but there are probably electric griddles made with different cooking surfaces.

Because they are expensive, especially the ones that you all are growing, I’m a Cancer patient and I try to eat mushrooms, but sometimes I don’t have the money to get them the way that I would like too.
Yes growing yourself is definitely the way to go especially for healing. There’s so many benefits in mushrooms and is a must. It can be an investment up front but it’s worth it and you can grow lots! Wishing you lots of healing
I speak mandarin when I am in Taiwan! I do speak Cantonese as well but not fluent in either 🤣🤣 English is my first language and I definitely need more practice. I tried teaching them when we first had kids but I didn’t have anyone to speak to so I wasn’t fluent to teach them well and stopped. I shouldn’t have stopped and just kept going, they would be speaking so well 😖
