I can hear the radio spots already: "If you or a loved one has suffered shrunken croc syndrome, you may be entitled to compensation..."

Your production quality is crazy for such a small channel. I'll be watching one of your vids and scroll down to the comments and get jumpscared by the lack of comments.

i accidentally left my crocs in my car on a hot summer day and i did notice they shrank just a bit. they still fit but i can’t wear them in sports mode because they fit just a bit snug lol

Had no idea they’re facing a lawsuit for… shrinkage? That’s almost a positive as they tend to expand too much if you wear them regularly. Most of the time ever since 2007 I’ve worn Crocs: either the flip flops, Lydia, Leigh, Cyprus, or the boots. I fell in love with the rounded and elegant designs and comfortable sole that I could run in, even in high heels/wedges.
My issue with the brand recently is that in later years, each new iteration of those models have gotten worse. e.g., Cyprus V was uglier and more unstable than Cyprus IV, and nothing beats the cuteness of my Lydia 2009 in brown which I’ve completely worn out. Later Lydia models were too pointy and uncomfortable to my toes. Now they’ve discontinued the models altogether, which is a shame. Hard to understand how someone can get it so right, better than any other, at the start, only to worsen it year after year.

audio is fine for me. also the thing that made people flip the switch and start liking them again is the marketing guy who works at Stanley now. anything he touches goes viral.

I don't know if other people had issues with the audio or just me. I had to turn my sound up from 20 to 80 to be able to hear anything at all and its still kinda hard to hear some words.
Im casting to a TV so maybe the experience is better with headphones.
But it might be worth looking into your audio for the future.
As for the lawsuit. It's probably a good thing that the judge is willing to hear the case and not just dismissing it outright, cuz it is so extremely difficult to sue companies and they have much more money to keep lawsuits going to literally forever or until you go bankrupt.
But im not sure he is going to win and I'm suspicious the shrinking is from miss treatemt of the shoes and not normal wear and tear. Like you shouldn't leave any outdoor shoes out in the sun because it causes them to deform and break down faster because the sun is powerful. As for water, does it cause them to shrink?

Ugh, I think it’s something with my editing app, I tried turning it to the Max volume but it still just didn’t come out right 😔
I’m not sure exactly what the issue with water is, the initial lawsuit just claimed they were advertised as like an outdoor/ water shoe and that those things have caused them to shrink 🤷🏻

Ugh! Definitely editing issues with my app 😔 I’m hopefully switching apps so in the future it shouldn’t be an issue
