3:00 you can also use 5160 aluminum wire with a standard mug gun you just gotta swap your positive and negative leads

Really? That’s nuts. The welder has to have the settings for it though.

I run 5160 in my volcan migmax any time I need to do a quick aluminum run. You just have to play w your settings to find what works best for you. As long as you swap your leads at the unit you’ll be good
