One of the most famous roses in the world, the double delight rose is a superb hybrid tea rose with large flowers up to 5 inches in diameter and a strong fragrance. This outstanding rose blooms again quickly and blooms continually from spring to fall. The double delight rose is one of my favorite and most cold hardy roses. The double delight rose is definitely worth having. This is the most fragrant rose. The added attraction is that this rose produces different flowers, never two alike, sometimes almost completely white with pink edges, sometimes deep red and white or something in between.
Care tips
Double delight likes a sunny location, water and fertilizer. Slightly acidic and well-drained soil is best for it.
Maintaining ventilation will prevent black spot and powdery mildew. This is very important. Cut off the spent flowers and diseased leaves in time.
It is a relatively cold-resistant rose variety. It has strong disease resistance. It is considered a relatively easy variety to grow.
