I loved your vlog!!! You should definitely start the Kingdom of the Wicked Series. It’s a witchy/devil dark romance ❤. It’s pretty vanilla, and the PLOT is SO addictive. Murder mystery vibes all the way!
I called this book quits at around 60%, I just couldn’t do it anymore. I hated this book (and I love dark romance, it’s one of my favorite genres) Also your expression while reading is priceless 😂
Man, I’m glad I’m not the only one. Been reading truly dark romance since 2016 and this just wasn’t it. I made it thru the movie theatre scene and then gave up. It just gave Q-ANON fan fiction the entire time lol

I routinely read around 50 books a year until my mom got really sick and then passed away. I was just so distracted in that couple of years and found I couldn't concentrate. I started back listening to some audio books - mainly some old favorites that I love. Now I'm reading new books and I'm going at a much more leisurely pace.
As a dark romance reader I would definitely not recommend Haunting Adeline as a persons first dark romance 😬 just fyi for anyone else that is interested in reading this
I forgot how much I loved reading from like 2016-2021 and also dove right back into reading SO MUCH. But I have managed to avoid reading this one, just have had my friends spoil it for me so I don't have to suffer through it 😂
I think you would love a book called Unravelling The Beast by Jodie King.. It’s breathtaking and wow so smutty . Please enjoy and let me no if you got the same thrills I did
Seriously though! I was waiting for something to happen to make me change my mind about them and nope. Didn't happen. I just have a hard time not finishing a book, so I powered through. 😂
@@GeauxGretchen As soon as I saw the video title I thought "She's gonna hate it." My review on Goodreads was 1 star and I mentioned I'd rate it -1 if I could lmao. The writing is also awful which made it all the more painful to read
