No, can't upgrade the ram and processor but storage can be upgraded with the Nvme SSD.
And not recommended for Lightroom and after effects work.

Suppose if u spent 25k on a second hand laptop and the very next day it stops working, then all money is trash.
So better to go either second hand or refurb but with warranty and replacement policy so that we can have peace of mind of after sale support in case of problem persist.🙂👍
