The interview sections in full from the 1982 Canadian show "Profiles in Rock" all in one go. Annoyingly the sound is still out by a fraction of a second by the end due to my de-hiss attempt.
Kates smile, her personality in interviews are just lovely, very humble lady, oh and she is a musical original genius
She is absolutely fantastic. Humble, beautiful, intelligent, sweet, adorable, performative, very talented, unique .... There are no adjectives to define Kate Bush. Definitely the most amazing woman who has ever appeared in world pop rock. I will love Kate Bush forever ....
Oh my. Kate seems so natural, the pretty girl next door. But creatively another dimension entirely. Got a signed copy of The Dreaming off her at the Virgin Megastore in Oxford Street, and she really was enchanting. Oh my again.
" Death, in a way, should be looked at as the greatest thing that is ever going to happen to you..." Such an authentic and free spirited statement. If death is approached in this manner, there is no need for fear. How liberating would that be. Only living according to this principle will grant you true freedom in life. She is so wise.

The meaning of life was captured in this interview at every level. Spiritually, musically and emotionally through Kates answers and her work! What a lovely lady.
They don’t make um like Kate anymore , crazy beautiful soul.

A very good interviewer, glad to see he let her shine. Some interviewers from that time were passive aggressive to Kate. Like oh you young thing, you just got lucky. But she is really really smart as well as talented.
Even now decades later, huge groups of people gather in different parks around the world in July to reenact Wuthering Heights. This year it's on her birthday 30 July. They all wear a red dress, all know the dance routine. That is incredible. Well done young Kate.

I think she was at her peak in 1982 with The Dreaming, which is a haunting and disturbing record for a 22 year old to make. It stays in the mind for a long time as you try to figure out how a young mind created this. It got slated as weird and whacky but it’s a masterpiece and some people say Hounds Of Love is the best album, but that’s a bit one dimensional compared to The Dreaming. It’s hard for a guy not to fall in love with Kate back then!!!!😍 Funny watching the interviewer, I know what’s going through his head as he tries to conduct the interview. On another note her mother Hanna was from Dungarvan, Co. Waterford, and every time I drive through there I smile thinking about it!

A very unique, creative and stunning artists that happened to be beautiful, intelligent and very, very sexy. The soft 'R' when she speaks along with the gorgeous dimples on her cheeks make me weak! She has to be the ultimate woman. Full stop.

Kate Bush is everything!
It is so interesting that her Sun sign is Leo, which is the sign of the theatrical performer, but Kate is unusual in that she didn't enjoy the fame part of it. She was/is the consumate artist, perhaps shy and down to earth, but her persona was larger than life!
it is the mix with her aquarius moon and especially her scorpio rising!

When she speaks about "laziness" and wanting to change little habits that get in her way, I wonder about ADHD: highly creative, only motivated through hyperfocus etc.
Did she make it big in America?
'Hounds of Love' was the first LP having a bigger impact in the US. As I know she is/was afraid of flying...however, after 'hounds of love' she visit the US, gave some Interviews on some shows there. When you look them, you could get the impression, they were made in a kind of (more or less) disrespectfull/uninterested/bored manner. So her ambition to visit the US more often might been undermined by this expirience.
