Ok guyz, I agree with everything you said. I leave my home at 7:40 in morning and then come back at around 9 in the night, so I can do everything except that healthy eating part. Even if I cook something, then doing the dishes is a great task. If I do all this, then my sleep is compromised. Any hacks?
