Definitely one of the most anxiety inducing chases that I have experienced while playing a horror game.

very underrated part, cause you cant actually make it i think if you dont run back and hide. Chris will catch you trying to escape under the hole. So you gotta sprint back and shake him off your trail.
Eddie Gluskin disturbed me. Not being able to run and having that creep walking towards me all the time was horrifying, specially because of his chase music
Marta/Knoth’s Eye was the creepiest for me because of the fact that you couldn’t push that wagon in one go and you had to go in circles in order to get her far enough away. The fear felt from Eddie Gluskin because you can’t run and feel like he will 100% get you is why I enjoy Outlast Whistleblower the most. Outlast 3, I will patiently wait for you!
I think he did it cause he wants to show us the different chases as well and precisely as possible so that we can get the best possible impression, but I'm not sure:D
The soundtrack really gives these games that extra bite of anxiety on top of the fear and sheer panic. But what gets me the most is when the player stops and waits for the chaser to catch up with them. 😵😱😫
The one where Eddie chases you to the vent at 1:26 I couldn't help but giggle. The fact that Waylon is limping at this point and Eddie just walks after him casually is kinda goofy. Also, random fact that some people seem to not know is that Eddie Gluskin is just a reskinned Chris Walker with different voicelines and a separate kill animation. You can tell because they share the same animations for walking, running, vaulting, idle searching, grabbing you by the neck. He even makes a Chris sound when he grabs you from undee the table if you listen well enough!
