People like these learn coding from a very early age and pursue education from top tier universities. They are not special, they simply worked harder than everyone else.
Try a systematic design methodology, I see alot of engineers from different disciplines always jump on to implementation without even trying to understanding the problem or needs of the customer.
i failed 12 out of 14 interviews bc either i lived too far or was overqualified. as context i am a 2nd year SE student and was interviewing for placements.
I have some damn aptitude at seeing everything that can happen, I often think of scenarios that are very likely to happen but it seems like no one ever thought of it and I just come in and see it in a few seconds when people have spent months of thinking to make it rock solid. I have sometimes got the bad eye by some people that think that they are better than everyone else and are infallible. And then I just show them that they have made a castle out of butter 😅😒🙄👌
