    Thank you for the tutorial . I have learnt another one today . I use to iron my lace with airstay and also the lining but I never know the one of using hemming gum to hold the lace . Thank you for the tutorial

      Yes, it will come out nice..... make sure you put soft stay(interfacing)on the fabric

    Tnk u so much for the illustration. What if i am using a lace fabric that has lots of stones/beads. How do i iron it? Tnx

      All you have to do is to remove the stone in the seam allowance so that it won't break you niddle .....to remove stones, just press steam of the iron on seam allowance and use scissors to scrape the stones, for the bead you may need to use Hammer or big stone to break it ......

    Thanks for the tutorial. I don't have steam iron, can i use ordinary iron to achieve the glueing of hemming gum with the satin? You know your steam iron wasn't touching it.

      You won't put too much... it works...... the hemming gum disappear under heat

      Nope! It melts into the fabric and basically “disappears!” I LOVE that stuff!!

      Any iron will be fine, but as a designer you need a steam iron, it prevents cloths from burning 🔥

      Hemming gum melts under heat, so it can never show

      No! ones you iron it will blend ....that's why you see the hemming is not stacked on top of each other....just a single piece placed on the surface and you're good
