Using Hughes on the pk would be a waste of minutes and would mean less time for him on 5on5, where he has a bigger impact on the game than any other player (regardless of position) in the NHL.

Id be conflicted at Turning down a McDavid for Hughes trade lol. But I think you could be right, it wouldn’t make the team better overall.
