does adding milk and sugar to the coffee affect its ability to keep you awake? i mean idc about the calories and stuff i just wanna stay awake for the longest time
Talking from experience, the more calories it has, the longer it's going to take for you to digest it, sugar gives you a spike in energy but also causes a dip. Also, caffeine is addictive, and ruins your sleep cycle, so taking it again and again, will cause you problems when you'll want to fix your sleep cycle for boards. I recommend you add only sugar to cold cup of coffee, and have it without milk. the warmer the beverage, the more it's going to cause your body temp to go up, which will signal your body to cool down, when that happens you feel sleep, your body needs to be in cooler temp to sleep. In conclusion, take my advise, cold coffee with cold water, little sugar and no milk, is what I would recommend. Honestly, it's not that big of a deal tho
@@akshathsharma woah thanks for the detailed explanation, I didn't knew that cold coffee was more effective than hot coffee (even though I always preferred cold). So I guess I'll try to reduce the amount of milk as I just cannot bear the taste of "coffee water" lol even with sugar.
