I'm 48 my guy and I love your story. I was always an independent but never really paid attention to politics beyond media narratives until covid. My generation was raised to be more patriotic. What changed for me was the inversion of everything. Things that use to be good or American was increasingly becoming demonized in the media. I knew something was way off about everything. This is a sophisticated level of warfare we are all engaged in. ✌🏾
Just the vocabulary black republicans use is totally different. Don't see themselves as oppressed or victims but responsible for their own auctions.
Nonsense. The fact that Trump got support for blaming immigrants for the problems facing white Americans is a form of victimhood.
So much respect to you. In the end we're all just Americans trying to make our way and be left alone from the government. We aren't out here hating anyone and waiting to strike whenever the chance arrives. As long as you treat people with respect, have morals, and decorum then people will honor that. There will always be outliers.

As a conservative trump supporter I never understood all the racism talk because every trump supporter I've ever met judges on character and if you are a good person or bad person....color of skin was never a issue but I do realize there's actual racist out there but it's not anywhere and everywhere like the left tries to portrait

The is always strange to me. For instance, I’m a liberal (small l) and I’m voting conservative in Canada because they hold more of the same liberal values as I do as opposed to the Liberal party, who are not liberal in any way, shape or form and are fully radical leftists. You don’t have to be a Dem or Republican to be a liberal or conservative (there are even liberal cons and conservative libs). Just vote for the party who most aligns with your values at the time. I’d have voted DeSantis easily in Florida, but almost no other “conservative” governor because they went full authoritarian during COVID. Eff them. Don’t micro manage our lives and I’m a happy guy LOL.
Yeah I don’t identify as a Republican, this was just my story of leaving the democrats. I’m a born again Christian who votes conservatively.

I learned awhile back that, throughout the history of the human species, the only true divider is between those that want power/control & those that want to be free. If you've not read Thomas Sowell, I recommend reading a book that has "Rednecks" in the title. This platform doesn't let me post the full title but it'll be easy to find. Extremely revealing.

I was so scared for him, I asked him where he was getting this stuff?? Who is this Ben Shapiro? I need to listen to whatever this nonsense is so I can understand what he is hearing. Fast forward to now and I am completely conservative & cured of TDS.
