    I wonder if you could use an infared sensor so it automatically targets the hottest spots to know where the fire is without being controlled. Of course this would never actually be used since the amount of pressure and water this thing has is basically nothing compared to what theyd actually use.

      For project what I have seen mostly is the use of infrared sensor and automatic fire suppression. I wanted to somthing different than that and that's why I went the manual controlled way. As for the water pressure these types of robots usually don't have pumps, high pressure water is supplied to them via pipes and then the robot's job is to aim.

      Typically the range for ESP32 is around 50 meters so it safe to say that I can go around that distance.

      You can check videos that are already on RUclips and modify it to your needs.
