About the story in the marina, this blew my mind. First off, everyone (I guess other than Karens) knows that swimwear and underwear are non-refundable. It's actually against the law to sell used undergarments. Stupid Karens.
Then why is there a market for buying worn athletic wear 😂😂😂

A store can't sell returned underwear or swimsuits.
Besides, would you buy a returned bikini if there's a brand new one right there?
Yep. The only way o think you can return it is if the product is actually faulty.
Like when i was a kid. I had a swimsuit that stated falling apart just after one use. And even then the manager tried telling my mother “no” and then blaming me for the damage cos kids ruin suits after just 1-2 hours of normal play?. And mom was NOT a Karen. But she wasn’t a doormat either. We got the return. Don’t know if we got my next suit from them however.
Rule 32
I used to work retail over 20 years ago and legally we were not allowed to take bathing suits back. It was also an issue with trying them on; you have to try it on over under wear. People couldn’t understand why. Duh!!
In my area they have plastic coverings on the suits in key areas so you can try them on.
Tree/fence story: IMO not a particularly good idea. Those loose limbs and trunks could cause even more injury and is more likely to cause the kid(s) to climb on them. Not to mention making a habitat for snakes. Where I live they're called Copperheads. Rather venomous.
Swimsuit story: Actually OP, I think you did well to confront her about never coming back.
HOA vs truck story: As a retired trucker I get it. But I also understand that there's a difference between an RV and a commercial vehicle. But if there was nothing in the CC&R'S and there were other commercial vehicles parked in the HOA, they didn't have a leg to stand on.

Retail story...I worked retail for 41 years all sorts of different positions. I absolutely make sure to be the defender of sales staff or wait staff when a not so nice person is demanding the impossible or against the policies customer. If you want to be treated like an idiot I'm HAPPY to oblige!
To your opening statement about the law suit try telling that to the elderly couple that got sued by a burglar that got injured while trying to steal from them.

Last story, in Australia an entitled was bitching about the next door neighbour parking the truck out the front of the house, managed to get the local council to change the parking to prevent the truck from parking on the street, the Truck driver had to park the truck at the yard so he got a Harly Davidson which he had to warm up for an extended period of time outside the entitled bedroom window just over the fence on a regular basis.

Good videos . Problem though. Semi bobtail is not a car in title. I am a trucker and I park min my driveway. APU kicks in if I am home more that 5 days to keep batteries charged. I am thankful I do not live in an hoa! P.S> I do small repairs on my equipment. Also I am the same keep it quiet. Neighbors have LOUD stero, LOUD Pipes on a pickup. I don't need that.
On the last story, I call an enormous BS. Unless the bus is articulated, there is no such thing as a 60 foot bus. I drove charter bus for many years and the largest bus was 45 feet, same as motorhomes. a Chevy 350 engine would definitely not have enough power to drive a 60 foot vehicle. In addition, there are many roads that won't allow a 60 foot anything to drive on.

Either whoever is uploading your videos has an out of sync work flow or is making up half truths or total lies with the video titles, just to get us the audience at large to watch your videos and by the time the video ends is when we figure out we've been hornswoggled.
