I found out about earlier this year I have some medical issues that has forced me to go on a stricter diet, and it is hard at times but I know the end result will make me feel so much better & confident! You got it Jaz, just take it day by day at your pace! 💪🏼

Another awesome video! 🥰 I'm sick today and this cheered me up. I keep watching my weight go up too and I've had enough! I've decided I'm going to start a sinking for weight loss and pay myself to lose weight. Just haven't figured out yet how much per pound. I have a lot of weight to lose so it should be a nice amount when I'm done. I'm not sure what I'll do with the money yet... buy new clothes, buy something big that I want or go on a trip. There are a lot of things that my weight keep me from doing so maybe I'll create me a weight loss bucket list of things to do when I get to my goal.

Great stuffing video has always. I have lost almost 50 pounds just by eating right and doing. I have that problem to of not wanting to work out. I will start then get bored and stop.I have to really start back again. Honestly, I rather go walking then actually going to the gym. Everything is a process. Keep the good work as always. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
