I've never seen the derpy Charizard box before, but I do remember having that Golem toy as a kid. I used to spin it for a solid few mins to see how long I could get it to spin.
I had the golem toy when I was little. You have to drag it at an angle to get it to start spinning quick and then set it on the tip to go. The other one I had was a kabuto water toy
