For a job of this caliber and as a big investment. I would recommend going with 21 and over for the position. Definitely go with a background check, professional reference from past jobs. If they are serious, I’d even get a recommendation letter from past employers. This will show you that the applicants should be willing to prove how serious they are and not just thinking of the benefits of the job but also how BIG this job is for you.
You’d want to be able to rely on the individual to get things done. That you’re not able to. Good luck with the process!

I think you should look for a personal assistant that doesn't watch your videos. Sounds weird but I feel like having a fan work for you wouldn't turn out well. Just an idea!
