Big ups to the animators who manage to convey so much stuff just through the animation. Is it just me or have they improved a lot? Stuff like Pekoras ears moving or the way Suisei laughed was absolutely brilliant. Also also the first gag with Okayu and Matsuri was precious

Yeah, the way this one conveys the entire story without a single voice line (well, I guess A-chan has one) gives me the warm nostalgia feelings. This was beautiful.
This is just like old school cartoons where it's more about the actions of the characters, rather than the dislodge. The music even plays differently as the girls do different actions. It really reminds me of good ol' Tom and Jerry. It's wonderful and it brings back memories.
This anime recalls Tom and Jerry to my mind too! Tom and Jerry is also famous in Japan, and I’m sure that the creator of this anime were strongly influenced by it.

Makes sense. After a lot of her endurance gaming streams, I see that sleeping unlocks her full power which could even destroy a gorilla and make a war criminal drown in fear.
I can imagine A Chan not even mentioning this to any of the girls, she probably saw them do things similar to this in the office and put it together herself saying as though there’s not talking from any of them
One of THE BEST HOLOGRA EPISODES EVER MADE! No words, only actions so that everyone can understand. Give a raise to whoever did the music direction in this episode!
This is probably the easiest and the cheapest episode they've ever made yet it's one of the best one imo. Really love the old cartoon little dialogue style.

This is why I love animated stuff without any voice lines. They can still be just as expressive, if not even more. Body language and the right music/effects can convey so, so so much. I also love how Towa goes for the simple "Photo stuff" sillyness with Mel, and then the true pranksters show their face afterward.
I think Chuck Jones used to say that you know a cartoon is good when you mute the audio and can still understand what the characters are trying to say through their expressions

Suisei is the somewhat refined serial killer, either Hannibal Lecter or American Psycho. Sora is the quiet one who reveals she was the demon all along at the end. Rushia is the yandere who will absolutely let everyone within 30 miles know you fucked up and she's coming for you. Pekora is the genocidal war criminal and SAW trapper. And Mumei is the newest horror, taking after Korone's brand of cutesy murder. (I've heard Fauna is a yandere too) Haachama on the other hand isn't even a killer. She's the eldritch being that bends reality and drives you completely insane. So she's indefinitely more powerful than all of them but less deadly, because her horror isn't about killing you, it's about shattering your mind.
it's definitely one of the most coherent, because there's no nonsense pulled out every 3 seconds. Up there with the hologra with peko's verbal tick (?)

it's definitely one of the most coherent, because there's no nonsense pulled out every 3 seconds. Up there with the hologra with peko's verbal tick (?)
